(Nicholasville, Ky.)–Members of the SMC Manufacturing Services staff are excited to attend CodeAcross Lexington 2014, a series of global events that brings together government and technologists to make better cities for everyone.
About the Event:
CodeAcross Lexington, which spans throughout the weekend of February 21-23, 2014, coincides with International Open Data Day and takes place simultaneously at dozens of locations throughout the world.
The goal of CodeAcross is to activate the Code for America network and inspire individuals to get more involved in their communities. Participants of the events include Urbanists, Civic Hackers, Government Staff, Developers, Technologists and anyone with the passion to make their city better.
“SMC is excited to attend CodeAcross Lexington,” said Kevin Coats, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “We aspire not only to improve community involvement in the city of Lexington, but also to share our manufacturing and electronics expertise with fellow attendees.”
